Here’s an odd one: three forgotten PS2 gems have been rated for a release on the PS4, lending credence to the theory that PS4 games may soon play host to even more classics from the past.
Twisted Metal: Black, Ape Escape 2 and Dark Chronicle 2 have all been rated by the PEGI ratings board for a release on Sony’s PS4. However, these ratings are only for Europe, so whether they’ll release in North America isn’t yet known – though we’d put money on it being a high possibility.
Earlier this year Sony announced that a couple of Star Wars games from the PS2-era would be available on the PS4 as part of the special Star Wars PS4 bundle, so maybe we’re about to see even more PS2 classics get a second (or is it third?) breath of life.
