Pit People is a rather strange looking game set to hit the Xbox One and PC sometime in the future (it still doesn’t have a release date) and today the studio behind it (The Behemoth) has released a brand new – albeit slightly creepy – trailer.
The trailer shows the game in action, though it’s being narrated by a very angry sounding fella who we wouldn’t ever want to get into an arguement with.
Pit People is a fast-paced, turn-based co-op game (though it can be played solo) where you’ll have to fight to survive by exploring the game’ post-apocalyptic “wonderland” as well as customising your heroes, recruiting odd-looking species and generally looting everything you see. It’s an interesting one, we’ll give it that, and the trailer has gotten us asking more questions: Who’s the narrator? Why is he so angry? Why does he sound like Will Stamper from Battleblock Theater? Well, the last one is easy because he is Will Stamper and Battleblock Theater was The Behemoth’s last game.
There’s no release date, but we know it’s coming to Xbox One and PC in the future, so be on the lookout here at The Games Cabin for more on Pit People. Now enjoy the trailer, though you may want to turn down the volume a touch.
