Dragon Dogma: Dark Arisen originally was rolled out to Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 but yesterday it was announced by Capcom that the game will be making an appearance onto PC. Thankfully, PC gamers won’t be dealing with a framerate cap for Dark Arisen as Capcom’s senior director of Digital Platforms stated that the game has full support for framerates exceeding 60FPS.
Here is what Capcom’s senior director of Digital Platforms had to say:
“Tons of folks asked whether the upcoming PC port will have a capped frame rate. With DDDA being an MT Framework-based game, you can rest assured it’ll have the usual graphics options found in other Capcom PC titles.”
Dark Arisen features an extra region called Bitterback Isle which provides a new quest line, new abilities to master and fresh monsters to kill. Coming with the PC release is full Steam support as well as an achievement system, a cool addition is the ability to use Xbox 360 controllers for those that prefer a traditional controller feel rather than a keyboard and mouse.
Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen will be available on January 15th, 2016 for $29.99 (£24.99) on Steam and also selected stores.
