Pokemon Scarlet and Violet charcoal can be found in the city of Mesagoza. It’s the starting location, where you can take classes at the academy and befriend the teachers. On the left side of the city, you will find the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet charcoal. Take the last path going that direction from the main plaza and keep running down it until you find a red store on the right side called Deliberd Presents.
Once you’re inside the shop, you’ll find the charcoal under “Battle Items.” As the picture above displays, the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet charcoal is hard to miss as it’s near the top of the list. It will cost you $3,000, which is a small price for such a useful item.
You can also pick up other items like Mystic Water. If you don’t have the money, however, try to sell your valuables at the Poke Mart right next to the Pokemon Center’s healing section.
How To Make Your Pokemon Stronger

There are other ways to make your Pokemon stronger in Scarlet and Violet. One such thing you can do is collect bottle caps. In our world, they’re usually worthless, but in the Paldean region of this game, they can be used to strengthen your Pokemon’s stats.
After acquiring bottle caps from five-to-seven star tera raids, head over to Montenevera within the snowy mountains. After going to that town’s Pokemon Center, there’s a man in shades behind two trees and standing next to a snow bump. He’s also with an Abomasnow.
Talk to the man in shades, and he’ll offer up Hyper Training for any of your Pokemon in exchange for bottle caps. It makes you wonder what exactly he does with them. Regardless, levelling up fast will also help you succeed in battles.
