Bloodborne: The Old Hunters is set to release this November 24th, but before you go crying at the prospect at dying a thousand times over, it’s worth knowing that the first – and last – add-on for the hack-n’-slash fantasy RPG won’t be any more gruesome or sexual than the base game.
The Bloodborne expansion was recently rated by the Australian ratings board who declared it fit for anyone over the age of 15 (just like the base game) and that consumers should be aware of strong horror themes, violence, mild sex, and mild bad language. Pretty much par for the course, then. The base game was rated in the exact same fashion many moons ago.
Bloodborne’s DLC will arrive on November 24th via the PlayStation Store for the price of $19.99 / €14.99 / £11.99. There’s also a Game of the Year Edition coming later this month on November 27th.
The Old Hunters DLC was actually supposed to be two separate add-ons before being merged into one. You can find out more about what’s included in Bloodborne: The Old Hunters here. You can get your copy of Bloodborne from Amazon for 55% off as the online giant is selling the game for a very attractive price at $26.99. Bargaaaiiiin!
