Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – How to transfer horses
Tears of the Kingdom has a lot of similarities with Breath of the Wild, but one unexpected feature is the ability to transfer horses from one game to the other. However, you’ll need to have your save data downloaded on your current console if you want it to work.
To transfer your horses to Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you just have to make sure you have your Breath of the Wild save data on your console. If you previously played on a different Switch system you’ll need to use the cloud, but if you’re on the same console you played Breath of the Wild on you should be ok.
The game will read your save data and allow you to transfer horses to Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom whenever you visit a stable.
