If you’ve been playing Skyrim on the Playstation 3, you’ve probably noticed a distinct lack of download content on the platform.
Where Xbox 360 players have enjoyed all three DLC’s for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Playstation 3 players have suffered due to Bethesda having difficulty getting them to run on the system.
Well, that’s all about to change as each and every piece of DLC for Skyrim will be making its way to the Playstation 3 next month, hooray!
There’s no specific release date confirmed, other than Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn will be available to purchase and download before the end of February.
In addition to getting the DLC, by way of apology Sony has announced that all three pieces of download content will be available at a reduced price for the first week they go live on the Playstation Store.
It’s been a long wait, but many will be happy that the download content is coming and with a big discount to ease the pain. Hopefully players will be able to get over the fact that they have had to wait months whereas their fellow gamers on the Xbox 360 had them all at their designated release dates.
With all three being made available within the same month, I think it’s safe to say you can say goodbye to friends for a bit, but at least it wont be doing much harm to the bank balance.
