According to CVG, Gran Turismo 6 is just weeks away from getting its big reveal from Sony.
This comes after retailer Newegg listed Gran Turismo 6 on their website for the PlayStation 3 and Sony’s own Michael Denny let slip that Gran Turismo 6 would be coming for the PlayStation 3, though whether this was just a mistake on his part or a genuine gaff, we’ll find out soon enough.
What’s most interesting is the fact that there’s been little to no hint as to whether Gran Turismo 6 would be releasing on the PlayStation 4, being absent at the PlayStation meeting earlier this year with Drive Club seemingly taking its place.
I’ve said it before, but it does make sense for Sony to be releasing Gran Turismo 6 for the PlayStation 3, there are millions of consoles in people’s homes, which means there’s a greater profit to be made. A release on the PlayStation 4 shouldn’t really be ruled out at this time, especially when we have very little information to go on.
