Disney Dreamlight Valley: How To Replenish Energy
The best and most efficient way to replenish your Energy in Disney Dreamlight Valley is to return to your house. If you notice that your Energy levels are looking low, it’s probably a good idea to head back to your home. Once you enter your house, you’ll see that the Energy bar starts to fill up rapidly. Wait until the bar has completely refilled before leaving the room and you’ll be ready to partake in activities once again.
The other way to replenish Energy in Disney Dreamlight Valley is to eat food. This means that you don’t have to return home but will use up the valuable resources you have gathered. To eat food, look for it in your inventory and select the ‘Eat’ function. If you hover your cursor over the item of food you want to eat, it will tell you how much Energy the item will replenish.
If you want to overcharge your Energy levels, you’ll need to eat a cooked meal. You can make these at Chez Remy after cooking him some Ratatouille. However, once you have discovered more recipes, you should have a wider range of meals to cook and eat on the go. Each meal has a star rating next to it – the higher the number, the more Energy it will replenish. Overcharged Energy levels will show up as golden rather than blue.
