Unfortunately Avalanche Studios’ upcoming Mad Max video game has been pushed back from it’s original 2014 release date to 2015.
Warner Bros. has confirmed that once again Mad Max has been pushed back from it’s original release date which will no doubt disappoint those who were looking forward to the first AAA Mad Max video game.
“Survive The Wasteland and customize the ultimate combat vehicle to overtake even the fiercest enemy,” the latest trailer’s description reads. “Mad Max delivers open world gameplay in a post-apocalyptic setting where cars are the key to survival. Developed by Avalanche Studios, gamers become Mad Max, a lone warrior who must fight to stay alive in The Wasteland, using vicious on-ground and vehicular combat against savage gangs of bandits.
“Following the theft of his iconic Interceptor, Max must align himself with a gifted, but peculiar, mechanic named Chumbucket and others to build the ultimate war vehicle as he works to escape from the dangerous Wasteland.”
Warner Bros. also released a new trailer to show off the vehicular combat that will be present in the game, check it out below in all of it’s glory.
Mad Max is set to release sometime in 2015 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. Well, that’s if it isn’t delayed again…
