Is The Breakers Crossplay?
This game allows you to team up with your friends, but can you do this across platforms? Unfortunately, the answer is no.
“Dragon Ball: The Breakers cross-platform play and cross-save functionality isn’t being considered ‘at the moment,'” said the game’s producer Ryosuke Hara to Siliconera (via The Loadout). With this game not being free-to-play and missing crossplay, it’s certainly concerning.
This means that the community is more likely to die out quicker. With a niche anime title like this, it’s a bit of an unfortunate lack of foresight from Bandai Namco. Hopefully, constant updates like maybe adding Android 18 will help keep the game current.
