Are you playing Disney Dreamlight Valley and wondering how to get fox food? While it’s always lovely to see your favourite characters in Disney Dreamlight Valley, many players often forget the array of critters that roam the land. These cute little creatures often seem like background dressing and are often ignored when you’re trying to whittle down your never-ending quest log. But you should probably pay more attention to them as you explore Disney Dreamlight Valley.
The reason is they help to complete Dreamlight Duties and will unlock part of your collection log. Unfortunately, it can be pretty tricky to decipher what a certain animal wants, and the further you get into Disney Dreamlight Valley, the more obtuse it becomes. One such creature eluding many players is the fox. This beautiful animal appears later in the game, but it’s unclear what food a fox needs. Look no further, as we have everything you need to know about fox food in Disney Dreamlight Valley here.

How To Get Fox Food In Disney Dreamlight Valley
Finding the right food for animals in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a bit hit-and-miss, and it’s made even harder by the fact that you only get one opportunity per day to gift them the right meal. Sprinkle in the fact that foxes are hard to come by as it is, then you’re most likely worried about feeding them the wrong food.
However, once you know, it becomes a breeze. To charm a fox in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’re going to need a White Sturgeon. Unfortunately, you’re going to need to unlock a fair chunk of the map to even have the opportunity to fish for one, and even then they are incredibly rare to find.
If you haven’t already, be sure to unlock Frosted Heights in the top-right corner of the map. It costs 10,000 Dreamlight, and it’s here you’ll find the White Sturgeon. When in this area, simply look across all the bodies of water for a gold fishing spot, as it’s here you’ll gain the opportunity to capture a White Sturgeon. To increase your chances, we recommend hanging out with one of your residents who specialize in fishing.
With the White Sturgeon in hand, simply track down a fox and feed them the White Sturgeon. You will then make them loyal to you, as well as unlock them in your collection log and possibly complete some Dreamlight Duties along the way.
