Retro City Rampage has been knocking around for a few years now, but that didn’t stop the game’s developer running a limited physical release for the old-school inspired open-world crime-fest.
The game itself is less than 20MB in size yet it comes on an over-sized 2GB memory card, all included in a physical box with exclusive box-art.
This is the only physical release of the game and if you didn’t manage to snag one of the 3,300 copies then you’re SOL as the run has finished with all copies being sold.
It’s unlikely that we’ll see another physical release of Retro City Rampage so those little cartridges may become something of a rarity. Maybe they’ll even be worth a few quid sometime in the future. A reminder that the PS Vita is capable of shifting physical games. Ahem, looking at you big publishers.
