Today EA and Ghost Games finally pulled the covers from the new Need for Speed, although in all honesty, it wasn’t what we all expected.
Instead of confirming Need for Speed Underground 3, we got a short teaser clip and a few screenshots from the game.
The new Need for Speed will allow players to customise their cars (a feature we’ve all been asking for,) and will apparently be a complete reboot of the series.
At the moment the game is going on the working title of Need for Speed, so there’s no subtitle just yet, though the developers have promised a full reveal will take place at this year’s E3 in June ahead of its full release this Autumn.
Oh, and it looks like it’s only going to be released on the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Sorry last-gen folks, but it’s time to upgrade.
