Will Disney Dreamlight Valley Multiplayer Be a Thing?
Currently, Disney Dreamlight Valley is a single-player-only experience. You are completing tasks for Disney characters, finding materials, and improving your town over the course of the game.
However, at a later date, Disney Dreamlight Valley multiplayer will be implemented. The feature will likely be brought in when Disney Dreamlight Valley is fully released for everyone in 2023. Right now, the Disney project is only in its Early Access period. Prima Games reports that it will take “roughly a year” to get to that milestone, so don’t expect any kind of multiplayer mode anytime soon.

Is Disney Dreamlight Valley Free To Play?
At the time of writing, there are only two ways to access Disney Dreamlight Valley. You can pay for one of three Founder’s Packs, which all come with various rewards like regal clothing, Mickey Mouse-themed furniture, and a furniture set. You’ll want to look your best when you take photos with Remy from Ratatouille.
The second way is to become an Xbox Game Pass subscriber on PC or Xbox systems. The game is now available to download on the service alongside the likes of Halo Infinite, Sea of Thieves, and soon, Persona 5 Royal. There are even more Disney games on the list of available games like Disneyland Adventures and Rush: A Disney/Pixar Adventure.
Disney Dreamlight Valley will become free to play sometime in 2023 for everyone on the PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
