If cancelling Silent Hills, removing P.T from the PSN and kicking Kojima to the curb were not enough to get your blood boiling at Konami, this latest cock-up will surely send you on a downward spiral that ends in a police stand-off.
Alright, it’s not that extreme – and most probably wouldn’t notice – but the limited edition Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has a glaring typo scrawled on its beautiful body.
Upon the consoles faceplate you can see the element ‘molybdeum’ -no big deal, right. Wrong! It should actually say ‘molybdenum’ – as every 12 year old would already know. There is an upside; if you’re a recipient of one of the Del Boy consoles, there’s a chance that it may sky-rocket in value. Later editions with the correct spelling will most probably be released which will, in turn, make your console worth a bit more as collectors lap up that sort of thing. Strange, eh?
Back to school for Konami, then. Hopefully some delivers a premium wedgie on the school yard.
