Another day, another PS4 game gets announced. It’s really becoming a regular occurence at this point, and we’re not really surprised to hear when games are announced to be coming to the console.
This time, it’s Zombie Studios’ horror/thriller Daylight that will be creeping onto the PS4, after previously being billed as a PC exclusive. It’s worth pointing out that Zombie Studios are porting over Blacklight: Retribution to the PS4, so it makes sense for the developer to port over their other game to the PS4.
Daylight is powered by the impressive-looking Unreal Engine 4 and will be a horror/thriller title featuring randomly generated levels that will be sure to keep you on your toes as you’ll never know what’s around the next corner, or indeed where the next corner actually is.
I’ve got to say, they had me at randomly generated levels. The idea of playing the same game, but completely different each time is very appealing and will surely offer great value for money.
Have a nosey at the trailer down below and tell me it doesn’t unnerve you a little bit.

Creepy stuff… Pretty sure the only way I’ll be playing Daylight is if there is actually daylight outside.
Daylight is set to release sometime in early 2014 for the PC and PS4. Whether there will be a version for the Xbox One remains to be seen, but if Sony is pushing hard for indie developers, they may have scored a timed exclusive between the rival firms.
