Far Cry 4 is looking to be one of the year’s best shooters thanks to the amount of features that Ubisoft has packed into the huge open world title. We have elephants we can ride into battle on, the Himalayas that we can explore (though only when the game permits,) and much more.
One of the features in Far Cry 4 is the ‘Karma System’ which could be compared to inFamous: Second Son‘s Karma system or the almost pointless one featured in Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs.
We’ve not heard a great deal about the Karma System, in fact it’s been pushed into the background in favour of showing us big guns and explosions.
According to the game’s Creative Director Alex Hutchinson the Karma System isn’t massive, but it can still be used to the players advantage which can result in some “great fun.”
That’s not all he let slip. Ubisoft’s man also revealed that he’ll be working on a new game after going on a short holiday to celebrate finishing work on Far Cry 4. What game could it be? No idea, he wasn’t that forthcoming, but it’s most likely Far Cry 5… Or possible a spin-off akin to Far Cry 3’s Blood Dragon. Oh god, please let it be so.
Far Cry 4 is out from November 18th for the PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. You can pre-order your copy from Amazon UK and get some exclusive DLC and a tenner off your purchase. Winning!
