Turn 10 only released Forza Horizon 2 a couple of months ago, yet the Redmond-based Xbox One developer is already stepping up to the plate to deliver us more of their fantastic racing goodness, and more.
A new job posting over on the official Microsoft careers page reveals that the studio is looking to get themselves a Design Director to help steer the franchise in the right direction with what sounds like multiple games.
We are looking for a talented, motivated and experienced Design Director with proven creative leadership ability to work with internal and/or external development teams on a variety of Forza products. Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills along with a contagious positive attitude are also important to be successful in this role.

An effective collaborator; the ability to positively embrace feedback, divergent opinions and pointed questions, iterate on your work and drive for consensus.
Great communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with anyone is critical to be successful in this role.
A passion for the games industry and an understanding of market trends and styles.

A proactive work ethic, capable and creative problem solver; not afraid of big challenges.
A proven ability to multitask, follow through on a wide variety and number of tasks from inception to completion.
From the looks of it Turn 10 may be working on more than one title. We all more or less expect Forza Horizon 3 sometime in the future and it’d be pretty easy for Microsoft to have Turn 10 add a couple of new features to the already existing formula and be done.
However, going on the information in the ad it appears that Turn 10 are actively trying to build upon their previous success by building new experiences from scratch rather than doing a simple copy-and-past job.
One possibility is that Turn 10 are working on two games concurrently, most likely Forza Horizon 3 and a follow-up to Forza Motorsport 5.
