Another great game will be joining the expanding library of PS Vita games this year, this time in the form of Telltale’s The Walking Dead.
Speaking to IGN, PlayStation product planning director Don Mesa confirmed the hit title would be arriving at some point later on this year and spoke of the advantages of bringing The Walking Dead to the beasty handheld.
“Again, a good example is with The Walking Dead. We think that the emotion and the immersive experiences you’re going to get there, wherever you’re sitting, if you’re in your living room and playing on your Vita or sitting at a café or at the bus stop and playing this, you get that shock or fright. I think that’s going to be important. That’s what we want to deliver as you’re playing.”
There’s no exact release date as of yet, and it’s not known whether it’ll be the full game getting released in one go, or whether it’ll get an episodic release as it first did on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, but I think we can safely assume we’ll get more news on this latest PS Vita luck this summer at the annual E3 convention. Hopefully…
