Uncharted 3 is set to receive it’s “biggest update to Uncharted 3 Multiplayer yet,” according to Naughty Dog’s official website, and what’s more, the update is set to go live later on today.
The much rumoured, and even accidentally slipped out via the official PlayStation Blog yesterday, free-to-play update will do what it says on the tin, make the multiplayer aspect of the game free for all to play, though will most likely be subsidised by micro-transactions.
Yesterday patch 1.17 went live, which according to the web and all its wonders, sets up Uncharted 3‘s multiplayer for the free-to-play update that will most likely be coming later today.
This is fantastic for those who’ve yet to get stuck into Uncharted 3‘s multiplayer, and now that it’s seemingly going free-to-play, everyone will access to a PlayStation 3 and an internet connection can hop in and try it out.
