Ever since Nintendo released the popular Amiibo figurines to complement their games they’ve been inundated with criticism for not providing enough stock to retailers as grumpy kids scream at their parents because they can’t get their hands on a little toad man.
It’s all gone a bit awry for the Japanese firm and they’ve had to apologise for letting down the fans of the Amiibo figurines.
In a post on Facebook the platform-holder and publisher apologised for the frustration caused by eager fans being unable to find the products they’re been hunting down, going on to say that going forward the firm will be bringing back out-of-stock figures as well as working closely with retailers in an effort to keep up with the demand, though they do admit that at times it may be difficult to ensure all figures are available.
