Over on the PlayStation Blog Sony has revealed November’s free PS Plus games. We’d hate for you to ware out you’re poor eyes scouring the page to find out what the games are so without further ado here they are: The Walking Dead Season 2, Magicka 2, Dragon Fin Soup, Mass Effect 2, Beyond Good and Evil, and inviZimals. If you’d like to get a little more information on each game, and to find out exactly which consoles they’re coming to on November 3rd, read on.
Usually we’d go into detail on each game individually but due to the fact we’ve already written about The Walking Dead Season 2 and Magicka 2 earlier today we’ll just link you back to that article so you can read about them there. Here is the promised link, but just in case you’re wondering they’re both coming to PS4’s Instant Game Collection.
Then coming to PS4, PS3, and PS Vita is Dragon Fin Soup which is a tactical-RPG with a 2D top-down camera, and a tongue-in-cheek attitude to boot. The game is set in a fairy-tale world and features tactical turn-based combat, over 60 hours of gameplay, a procedurally-generated world, and an alcoholic bounty hunting heroine.
Next up, and just for the PS3, is a game that needs no introduction – Mass Effect 2. In ME 2 you take on the role of Commander Shepard as he attempts to assemble a strong enough team to defend the human colonies from an outside threat. However, be warned that it would be worth playing the first Mass Effect beforehand because your save file from that game carries into the second game, and from that into the third.
The penultimate game on the list is Beyond Good and Evil, which is also just for the PS3. You will play as a young reporter called Jade who unearths a terrible government conspiracy. Armed with just a camera and a staff it’s up to her to save her home planet and its inhabitants, and of course there’s trophies for those who want them.
Last up is inviZimals, which is just coming to the Vita. In this game you’re trying to aid a Japanese researcher who has discovered small invisible animals, which he very creatively calls inviZimals. You have to capture, learn about, and fight the inviZimals against each other.
That is that, November 2015’s PS Plus line-up, let us know what you think of it down in the comments.
