Have you ever been playing Uncharted:Golden Abyss and had the urge to send your best mate an email to let him know just how much he means to you?
Have you ever been darting across the rooftops in Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation and had the unquenchable desire to watch some My Little Pony: Friendships is Magic in 1080p?
Well you’re a little bit weird, but that’s OK, Sony is a Japanese company, they deal with weird everyday.
To accommodate you email junkies and pony lovers who can’t bear to watch anything unless it’s in 1080p, the PS Vita Firmware update v2.00 brings support for both features.
Emails will be supported with quick setup for Gmail and Yahoo users, other emails are supported too. Email notifications come through the bubble on the top right corner, so you will always be connected to the outside world, even if you don’t actually go outside. (PS Vita is portable, go and get some sun in the park.)
The biggest addition has to be Playstation Plus support for the PS Vita.
Fans have been crying hysterically and by the bucket load for PS Plus support, and now after a year of drinking our tears Sony is finally coming up with the goods. If you’re a member then you can expect to be treated to exclusive discounts, freebies and more.
There’s even a video for you to watch below. That’s right a video, aren’t we just the best?
