Oh dear Bat-fans. It looks like the hotly anticipated follow up to Batman: Arkham Origins, Batman: Arkham Knight, will not be releasing this year after all.
Rocksteady’s return to the series has had fans drooling at the prospect of another Arkham game which was originally set to release this year. However, during WonderCon a trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight was shown with a new release date, albeit a little vague 2015.
The main question being asked by fans right now is; why? Some are suggesting that it may be avoid going head-on against Ubisoft’s upcoming Assassin’s Creed: Unity, so maybe an early 2015 release for Batman: Arkham Knight.
If you’ve not yet seen the trailer for the upcoming title, check out the original announcement trailer down below:
Whilst it’s a little disappointing to see that Batman: Arkham Knight won’t be appearing this year, there’s still plenty to get stuck into in the mean time.
