How To Beat Boss Rash In Vampire Survivors
To beat Boss Rash in Vampire Survivors, you must survive for fifteen minutes. It may sound simple, but it is not.
As mentioned earlier, you encounter bosses from every other level with more health pools in Boss Rash and fight some of the most formidable foes like Tri-Anchors, Death, and others.

To make the Boss Rash run easier, we recommend you use the playable character Porta Ladonna, whom you can unlock by upgrading the Lightning Ring weapon to Level 4 and then using 500 or more Gold Coins.
Next, you need the Aracana called Game Killer, which you can obtain by defeating a boss version of Death called The Ender at the end of the Cappella Magna stage.
Additionally, you can use the Mad Groove Arcana that you unlock by surviving for 31 minutes or more in the starting Mad Forest stage.
That said, assuming you have the said character and Arcanas equipped, it is time to jump into Boss Rash mode. Within the first minute, you will encounter Red-Eyed Bats along with Bat Lord and Mummy Lord.

Your priority should be getting rid of enemies while not collecting the experience gems they drop. As you need them for later, for effectively using the Game Killer Arcana that halts XP gain while hurling XP gems towards nearest enemies, dealing explosive damage.
For the first ten minutes, keep accumulating as many XP gems as possible on the battlefield. On the same note, make sure you are moving around and collecting the Treasure Chests to obtain weapons and passive items.
The more weapons and passive items you have, the more quickly you can survive Boss Rash, and it will help refrain you from using the XP gems around you.

In the Boss Rash mode, two round pressure plates will spawn every thirty seconds until you reach nine minutes and thirty seconds. After that, they stop spawning. Use the bluish pressure plate to fast forward the time, helping you reach the 15 minutes mark faster.
If you want a more effortless experience and just want to beat Boss Rash, you can avoid the red pressure plate as it spawns the respective wave boss again.
That said, once you reach the eleventh minute, use the Game Killer arcana as per the requirement to instantly wipe every enemy around you using the XP gems.
For the remaining time, you must use the Game Killer Arcana to survive for 15 minutes.
