How To Unlock Sir Ambrojoe In Vampire Survivors
In Vampire Survivors, you can unlock Sir Ambrojoe by defeating 6000 Stage Killers that appear in the game’s fifth stage, Cappella Magna, which you can unlock by reaching level 80 in the fourth stage, aka Gallo Tower.
Here is a look at the stage progression if you are starting from a new game:
- Cappella Magna: Unlocks when you reach level 80 in Gallo Tower.
- Gallo Tower: Unlocks when you reach level 60 in Dairy Plant.
- Dairy Plant: Unlocks when you reach level 40 in Inlaid Library.
- Inlaid Library: Unlocks when you reach level 20 in Mad Forest.
- Mad Forest: Starting stage in Vampire Survivors.
Assuming you have reached Cappella Magna, you must play through the stage, and you will eventually come across a ton of Stage Killers whose health scales on the player’s level.

Defeating them will count toward your progress in unlocking Sir Ambrojoe. And thankfully, you can do multiple runs to complete the objective of defeating 6000 Stage Killers.
Once that is done, you can purchase Sir Ambrojoe for 500 Gold Coins. Remember that this amount can change depending on how many other characters you have unlocked.
You can also unlock and play the Boss Rash mode in Vampire Survivors by unlocking Hyper Mode for all five stages mentioned above to complete the challenge of defeating 6000 Stage Killers fast.
There are instances during the Boss Rash where you will find yourself surrounded by Stage Killers.
That said, Sir Ambrojoe’s starting weapon is the La Robba, a reasonably exciting weapon as when you have it equipped; it rains down pieces of furniture on enemies that bounce off, dealing further damage.
That concludes our guide on how to unlock Sir Ambrojoe in Vampire Survivors.
