Vampire Survivors Modes: Hurry Mode
As the name suggests, Clock Speed is doubled in Hurry Mode. To compensate, XP Bonus is increased by 25%.
While the Time Limit in Hurry Mode remains at 30 minutes, it’ll only take 15 minutes of real-time for Death to appear and end your run. All time-based events, like enemy waves, occur at their usual times.
To unlock Hurry Mode, you must acquire the Sorceress’ Tears Relic in Gallo Tower.
- It’s not easy, but you can defeat Death in Vampire Survivors.
Vampire Survivors Modes: Inverse Mode
In Vampire Survivors’ Inverse Mode, the stage’s layout is flipped upside down. Additionally, select stages experience minor visual changes.
As for bonuses, Inverse Mode offers a 200% Gold Bonus and a 20% Luck Bonus. Enemy Health is bumped to 200%, and the night creatures gain an extra 5% Max Health and 0.5% Move Speed each minute.
You will find that The Merchant sells Skips, Banishes, Rerolls, and Arcanas in Inverse Mode.

Vampire Survivors Modes: Endless Mode
Endless Mode is what it sounds like. Typically, The Reaper shows up at the 30-minute mark to wipe your run. But in Endless Mode, Death doesn’t exist.
Instead, every 30 minutes you survive is called a Cycle. When you complete a Cycle, the enemy waves restart like it’s a fresh run. Every Cycle, enemies receive a 100% bonus to their Max Health, a 50% increase to their spawn frequency and amount, a 25% bonus to Damage, and your Survivors’ Max Damage cap is decreased by 1.
The Merchant in Endless Mode reappears every Cycle and offers extra Revivals in place of Golden Eggs.
To unlock Endless Mode in Vampire Survivors, you must secure the Seventh Trumpet Relic from The Director in the Eudaimonia Machine special stage.
If runs are getting stale and you want to spice up your Vampire Survivors experience, enabling the game’s various modes is one of the best ways to do that!
