Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – Archaic Tunic location
To get the Archaic Tunic in Tears of the Kingdom, you need to go to the Great Sky Island. More specifically, you can find it in an area called the Pondside Cave. We’ve added the location of this cave to the map above so you know where you need to look.
This cave can be accessed in multiple ways. From the In-Isla Shrine, head east until you encounter a Zonai camp. There’s a large cave you can head inside near a Zonai Construct.
Simply progress through the cave to the end to get your hands on the Archaic Tunic. You’ll have to fight your way through some enemies, including Keese. Eventually, you’ll find a chest containing the Archaic Tunic, so just open that and it’ll be added to your inventory.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – What is the Archaic Tunic?
The Archaic Tunic is the unique look Link was wearing in some of the Tears of the Kingdom trailers. It’s a somewhat primitive-looking tunic which shows off quite a bit of Link’s chest.
If you wanna look like that older, more grizzled version of Link from the trailers, the Archaic Tunic is the perfect early-game pick-up. It’s also likely to give you a slight armour boost at this stage in the game, so you can actually use it effectively in battle.
Of course, it’ll probably be outclassed by other armour later on, but it’s a pretty cool option for an early-game outfit.
