The process is pretty simple once you know how, so keep reading to find out everything you need to know.
Tears of the Kingdom: How to make a stamina elixir
Stamina elixirs in Tears of the Kingdom are called Energising Elixirs or Enduring Elixirs. These will restore your stamina whenever you use one, depending on how strong the elixir is.
These are very helpful for when you might be about to run out of stamina while climbing a mountain or gliding to a distant location in the game.
To make a stamina elixir, you’ll need monster parts and either Restless Crickets or Tireless Frogs. You need to combine these two components together in a cooking pot to create the elixir.
You can do this by selecting “hold” on them in your inventory and then dropping them in a lit cooking pot. The more of each ingredient you have, the better the elixir’s effect will be.
Tears of the Kingdom: Where to find Stamina Elixir ingredients
In this section of the guide, we’ll explain where to find the ingredients you need for a stamina elixir in Tears of the Kingdom.
Monster parts are found all over Hyrule. Any regular monster’s drops will do, such as Bokoblin Horns, Lizalfos Horns and many more.
Restless Crickets are the best choice for the second ingredient, as they’re a lot more common than Tireless Frogs. You can find quite often them by cutting tall grass. You can also buy them from Beedle at stables including Dueling Peaks and Outskirts Stable.
Tireless Frogs will create a different kind of stamina Elixir, called an Enduring Elixir. These will temporarily extend your Stamina Wheel.
If you want Tireless Frogs, they can be found in lilypad ponds on the Great Sky Island or various other watery locations such as caves. However, there’s no guaranteed way to farm them easily. Beedle also sells them at New Serenne Stable for 100 rupees, so that’s an option if you have a lot to spare.
The more Crickets or Frogs you include in the recipe, the more stamina your Energising Elixir will restore!
That’s all you need to know thanks to our stamina elixir Tears of the Kingdom guide.
